Application or method of use

Recommended daily dose:
Take 1 stick in the morning. Dissolve the content of 1 stick in unheated liquid (water or juice), mix and take it immediately.
It can also be dissolved directly into the mouth without the need for liquid. Net quantity: 120 g (30 sticks of 4 g).
